On the train to Oslo

Yesterday I took the train to Oslo. In 7 hours I went from sunny and cloudless Trondheim to rainy Oslo. Even when foggy, Norwegian scenery is stunning with quiet lakes, stormy rivers, waterfalls and snowy mountains in the middle of summer. Here’s the reason why I love traveling by train.

  2. Oh, I miss Norway! I took a train trip to Trondheim when I was in Oslo and loved it. The train was held up by a herd of reindeer. I came back on the night train, it was late October and snowy. I lay awake in the bed watching blue snowy mountains, forests and lakes parade past. It was magical :)

  3. Such a stunning waterfall. I’ve taken that trip once last winter so I didn’t get to see much cos it was dark. :-)
