A Norwegian cake

This weekend was another really relaxing one. I put up a small tree, nothing special, and I made a Norwegian cake, called “Kringle”. It is filled with chocolate and nougat and it is perfect with coffee or tea. You can find the original recipe here in Norwegian. I just replaced 100gr of butter in the chocolate cream with 100gr nougat. Other than that I slept, slept and slept some more. It’s that time of the year that I start missing Greece and I’m anxiously waiting to go back for vacations. What did you bake this weekend?
