This summer I’ve been preparing for a 10K race and tomorrow is the big day. My playlist is ready, my iPod fully charged and I’ve just gotten my start number and t-shirt. I would be lying if I said I’m not stressed. This will be my first 10K race. I’ve been running a 10K every weekend this past month to feel more confident that I can make it, but I’m still so very stressed. However, I also feel excited to be running a race again. I am so looking forward to tomorrow. The goal is to finish and enjoy it. As always, I have no time goals. Here are all the kilometers I run in preparation for tomorrow.
