The 10K race

It’s over! It’s done! Hands down the hardest race I’ve run to this day. I didn’t think of anything. I didn’t have any leftover energy to think of anything other than “I can do it!”. I don’t remember the songs I listened to. I have no idea which route we took (my Nike Plus knows though). All I remember is the moment I looked at the time and was completely surprised to see that it only took me 28 minutes for the first 5 kilometers. That moment I decided I would run as fast as I could to finish under one hour. And I did… I clocked just under 58 minutes.
