My night routine

Most of the time I go to bed before: 23.30.

The time it usually takes me to go to bed usually is: 10 minutes.

I can’t think of a better way to finish a day than: to have a warm shower.

When I want to pamper myself I: do some face exfoliation (using Seaweed Pore Cleansing Facial Exfoliator from The Body Shop) and then relax with a warming mask (I use the Warming Mineral Mask from The Body Shop). I love the feeling of really clean skin. Other times, I like to paint my nails.

My favorite drink before going to bed is: tea with spices and milk.

One thing I love is: my bedroom. It’s so cozy and warm. I feel more relaxed the moment I enter.

I tend to sleep in: either a black night gown from H&M or a random t-shirt.

The last thing I do before going to sleep is: to put on hand cream and some lip balm.

If I could change one thing about my night routine: I would spend more time relaxing before going to bed, instead of cleaning the kitchen and preparing for the next day.
