Which form of exercise do you enjoy most?

I enjoy both yoga and running for very different reasons. I live a very fast paced life and I don’t seem to be able to relax for a moment, especially when I am in Norway. There’s always something that needs to be done. Yoga makes me focus on now and let go of everything else. Even if that’s for an hour or so, it really helps me find balance. Running, on the other hand, is something I do when I want to reflect. It’s the opposite of yoga.

How do you find time to exercise?

I wake up at 6 in the morning to go for a run. I don’t have the time to exercise, I make it. It’s all about priorities and exercise is a big one for me.

Your favorite meal?

Breakfast. For the past few months, I’ve been obsessing over cocoa and banana oatmeal.

How do you relax?

When I want to relax I: cook, drink hot cocoa, browse Pinterest, go for shopping or snuggle on the couch.

Your best health tip?

Don’t obsess with health. That, on its own, is very unhealthy.

What makes you feel happy?

Many small things. Here’s what made me feel happy last month and the month before that.

What makes you feel pretty?

Red lipstick, black eyeliner and a nice dress. Also, the way my boyfriends looks at me.

What do you love about traveling?

Wanderlust. The fact that when I leave my home and before I arrive to my destination, I feel that all possibilities are open.

What do you never compromise?

Safety.

My favorite take away place in Trondheim

What do you love to eat?

Chocolate, hummus, cheese and fruits. Maybe in the same dish.

If the day had 25 hours, what would you use that extra hour for?

Sleeping. I could definitely use it for that.

Your biggest sport achievement?

I’ve run a 10K under an hour and got a medal for my 7K. None of them is very big, but they’re both big personal achievements.

Do you have a favorite cookbook?

I am teaching myself the basics of the French cuisine and to do that I am using a cookbook written by an old French chef (which my mother got as gift from a friend of hers who is a chef in France). That would be my favorite timeless book.

A sport gadget you can’t do without?

My Garmin.

Yogurt, a good french mustard and some chocolate.

Store-bought mayonnaise and ready-made dinners.
