Yum! Yum, yum! This dish was heavenly!
So it’s pasta (Jamie said lasagna, but I used pappardelle) with haricot vert, spinach and pesto sauce (homemade, no less!) served with a crispy chicken breast coated with fennel seeds and rosemary, roasted tomatoes and a chilli pepper on the side. There’s not other way I’ll be cooking my chicken from now on. This was the best chicken I’ve ever had. It was that good.
Will I make this again? YES (in case you didn’t hear me!). Instant love.
